If you are looking for high quality plus size clothing without the guesswork involved in online shopping, I believe Dia & Co is the way to go. Their customer service is great and I feel that my personal shopper Fariya did a fantastic job finding pieces that I not only can fit but could enjoy wearing during my workout grind. The items were a little more than I usually would pay but for the services offered & quality of the clothing, I feel that at least trying out the Dia & Co Active Box is an investment well made.

It's a fact that, as with anything body related, pregnancy will be different for every woman. However, I never considered this fact would include my baby bump. I thought that when the time came I'd have a round symmetrical tummy like we've all seen*. The Meaning of LeLola

乐Lola Most of you already know that I named my hair LeLola but I just wanted to take a second to explain the name. Le (乐) comes from the Chinese* word XǐLè (喜乐 pronounced: SheLuh), meaning Joy. Lola is derived from the Spanish name Dolores, meaning Sorrows. Creating Beauty from the Ashes of Despair

It has always been my goal to encourage others, whether by my story or sharing someone else’s. But in order to inspire, I feel you have to be totally honest about the lows to truly appreciate the highs. In the past, I’ve talked about some of my health issues but I never really delved into my anxiety and depression. Figuring out which came first has been a “Chicken & Egg” discussion among my mental health team for years. My psychologist told me the anxiety triggered the depression. My psychiatrist (at the time) felt my depression medications were the cause of my rampant anxiety. But one thing was agreed on: my frequent shifts between anxiety and depression mimic the symptoms of someone with bipolar disorder. So I spend most of my time strapped to a continuous emotional roller coaster.
