Healthy Blueberry Smoothie

Happy Summer to You!

One of the things I associate with Summer is smoothies. So I wanted to experiment with a new recipe. Because I've been having some difficulty lately with eating enough veggies, I decided to add spinach to this recipe. No worries! By the time everything is blended up, the spinach is undetectable. The honey cuts down on some of the tartness from the blueberries and greek yogurt.

Healthy Blueberry Smoothie:
Makes 2 servings
3 WW points per serving

Ingredients:
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup fresh spinach
1 banana, peeled and chopped
2 tbsp honey
6 oz plain non-fat Greek yogurt

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in blender.
Blend until smooth.
Enjoy!
